Doors and electrics are fitted as required.
Conservatories fall within permitted development rights, meaning planning permission is not required providing the structure is positioned at the rear of the home, stands under four metres in height, is no wider than the width of your home, and extends no more than 6 metres out (or 8 metres for detached houses).
